David Sizemore brought an enchanting atmosphere to our seaside resort during the holiday season, and his appearances at our events were nothing short of magical. His authentic costume and warm, welcoming demeanor immediately put everyone at ease, young and old alike. His interactions with the children were heartwarming, and he effortlessly embodied the spirit of Christmas. I have been blessed to have known David for a long time. I oversee the Ivoryton Illuminations and with the unfortunate passing of our former Santa, had need of a replacement. Who better to succeed him than David Sizemore. Not only was he trained by our deceased Santa but given our relationship he was thrilled to take over. From the moment we met Dave Sizemore, we knew he would be the perfect Santa for us. The funny thing was, he was dining at the Millpond Steakhouse for a Birthday Lunch with his wife, when the owner Andy Bozzuto said “Hey you would make a great Santa,” and from that moment on it was by “Santa’s magical Christmas Glitter” that Dave had the date open and was available to become our Santa and in just 2 weeks time.
He was a hit! We had a sell out event. He made a point to greet every child and spend time talking with them and taking pictures with not only the kids but families and also our staff.

I found Santa David while searching for a Santa to help lift team spirits on a corporate Zoom call in 2020. The experience completely surpassed my expectations! I completed a questionnaire with some info on each team member and he came prepared as if he knew each and every one of us.
I quickly signed up for calls with my son, niece and nephews. He is even more amazing with the kids. I worked with Santa David again for corporate and personal meetings this year.
It’s not just a chat about gifts and cookies. He is intelligent and knowledgeable in many areas with the desire to share that knowledge in the meetings and he is very funny! He really goes above and beyond.
In addition, one of my coworkers passed away shortly after our 2021 meeting. Santa gifted us with a recorded tribute message for our coworker that I shared with the rest of the office. Who would have thought Santa would be so good at speaking about such a sad topic. He gave us the warm fuzzy feeling that Santa is all about love.

We have used Santa Dave for the last 2 Christmases and let me tell you he is amazing! He sends out a questionnaire in advance, he studies it and knows the kids. Moreover, I was also blown away by the fact that Santa Dave even kept last year’s questionnaire and followed up on last year’s goals! In our house we have 2 kids, and my niece also spends Christmas with us with my sister and brother-in-law, and Santa Dave does an amazing job navigating the 3 different kids, giving each child a turn to have their own special time. Kids can be shy, especially over Zoom, but Santa Dave goes above and beyond to interact with them. I cannot recommend him enough, we hope to have visits from Santa Dave for years to come! Santa David is the best! Our family reserved Zoom calls with him for three different families, all with different aged kids. Each call was so personal, and the kids were so excited. Our family met virtually with Santa last night. It was the most personalized meeting with Santa that our two children ever had. It was also quite emotional for us! We were concerned about seeing Santa in person like we have done in past years due to COVID.
Santa really knew our kids! He knew what grade they were both in as well as their teachers! Santa made it a point to even mention our son’s love of the trumpet and that our daughter published a book! What was extra special was how Santa mentioned that passing of a beloved family pet and he was very sensitive to that.
